What is the delivery time for my order? 

The delivery time is approximately 10 days from when the order is placed. 


 

How do I know if my order has been registered?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email with your order number. Please also check your spam folder. You can also check the status of your shipment by entering the card number above, which is located on the back of your gift card, e.g., “95811-93852-23540”. Here, you can see whether your order has been registered and is being packed or if it has been shipped. 


 

How am I informed of the status of my order once it has been shipped? 

You will receive notifications via SMS or email when the parcel has been dispatched by the carrier. Using this information, you can track the parcel on the carrier’s website.  


 

Can I cancel my order? 

Once you’ve chosen a product and placed your order, it cannot be cancelled, so please be sure to choose the gift you truly want! 


 

Can I make a complaint about my gift? 

If the product you’ve chosen has been damaged during transport, please contact us, and we will certainly assist you with a replacement. Email us at info@getmygift.com stating your concern and your order number (e.g., LS1097335), which can be found on the Order Confirmation you received when you placed the order. You can also provide your card number, e.g., “95811-93852-23540”.
